CH column metadata: omie.offer_complex.quantity

TODO_VERIFY — decimal field, values seen 0.000-3000.000 (3 decimals) in current_2025. In legacy_2017 mapped from the byte position that stayed CONSTANT across every period of a real verified example (a block repeating the same value across consecutive hours, as a quantity typically would) while the adjacent price-candidate field varied hour by hour — a real pattern match, not a guess from magnitude alone, but still not confirmed against an official spec.
