Representative changes detected as physical units moving between programming units operated by different market subjects. Operators and company names are resolved point-in-time from registry versions. detected_on is the first registry observation, not an authoritative effective date. Same-subject moves and legacy/unlinked UFs with NULL UP codes are excluded.
