Cache of `esios.unit_physical_flat` from the local Postgres silver layer. Refreshed daily via `sync_unit_physical_flat.py`. Carries the full multi-owner JSON in `owners` plus the canonical agent / owner dimensions. Joinable to `archives_i90.unit` / `archives_i90_offers.unit` for write-time enrichment. For point-in-time history, query Postgres `esios.unit_physical_flat_versions` via the GraphQL endpoint.
